Content element:- The organs of OPEC are;
a) The conference - This is the supreme organ of OPEC. It makes the general policy of the organization as well as appoint the secretary general.
b) The board of governors - This is made up of representatives from member states. It manages the affair of the organization.
c) The secretariat - This is located in Vienna Austria. It carries out the organization. It represents the organization.
d) Fear of domination and unequal development
